  For the best Aeropress made coffee, use fine drip or espresso grind. Espresso grind takes longer to press and requires skill and patience for multiple scoops but makes a richer brew more quickly due to more particle surface area. Here's a brew time guide based on the size of the grounds you use:
  

  Medium grounds: 3+ minute brew time.
  Medium-fine 2-3 minute brew time.
  Fine Espresso 1 minute brew time.
