Directions
Take 3 capsules with water at the beginning of a meal.

When gluten supps came out I seriously had my doubts - but I love this product. It allows me to "live" more often than I have dared to before. 100% recommend.
It's definitely a game changer for my love of cheese, as i can have at least lactose free cheese now and then with these tablets and I can have chips in the pub sometimes , which are often covered in wheat flour. Love these little helpersand would highly recommend them for the occasional "cheat day".

Gluten Guardian is great. There are times when I have to eat gluten as there are no other options, so I take 3 capsules and no bloating. I always carry a little container of capsules in my bag.
Great safeguard for eating meals out. I have a lot of food intolerances, often I can’t even pinpoint for sure what upset my stomach, but these seem to work a treat. I just take 3 before dining out, and I don’t have to worry about leaving the restaurant in a hurry because I don’t feel well. Highly recommend!
