these make me feel like a functional human being. i used to drink multiple energy drinks a day and this replaced them completely. i take 4-6 a day. they're a little difficult to swallow so i wouldn't recommend if you struggle with that

Easy to take

I ordered these to supplement my energy intake when working out in a fasted state, or when I am intermittent fasting and won't eat till later in the day as it won't break your fast. They are also very low calorie. I've been taking them for a couple of weeks in the mornings, and I've noticed I don't feel very hungry for a long time after taking them. They help with DOMS and overall recovery after hard workouts. I encourage everyone to try these and read the accompanying book by David Minkoff. I take 2 in the morning. I'm considering taking an extra 1 at night.
