I've started on the tablets to improve protein uptake in my muscles to gain strength. I ride 400+ km a week and swim a couple of kms. I also walk most days. In the past week my strength is improving. these make me feel like a functional human being. i used to drink multiple energy drinks a day and this replaced them completely. i take 4-6 a day. they're a little difficult to swallow so i wouldn't recommend if you struggle with that
