To make Bulletproof Coffee, you will need to:

• Brew 500ml of Upgraded Coffee
• Add 1-2 tablespoons of MCT or Brain Octane Oil (beginner's should use less at first)
• Add 1 tablespoon of grass fed butter or ghee
• Optionally add in some cacao butter scrapings, cocoa powder, vanilla and / or cinnamon
• Use a blender or for a quick, silent and portable option, try an Aerolatte® (just make sure to use a large enough vessel)
