A fascinating product and I find them extremely useful as a meal replacement especially when transitioning to ketosis or similar. As described, it certainly sharpens the mind and improves mood generally.

While slightly more expensive per gram than the KE4, they taste so much better and are so much more convenient this is absolutely the way to go.

For dosage, I find that I need to take a full bottle for it to work right. Half a bottle seems to do half a job but your millage may vary.

A great product - just a little expensive but I assume this will come down over time.
