  This super tonic also contains organic guava leaf extract, a complex food form of zinc, which plays an important role in stress response. Maintaining adequate levels of zinc can help to stabilize serum cortisol levels over time, and zinc intake has been shown to temporarily inhibit cortisol secretions. Zinc is essential for the synthesis and activation of thyroid hormone. Zinc helps to stimulate the immune system and can also help to regulate the menstrual cycle.
