• What does it taste like?
  We lightly sweetened Greens with stevia and flavored this product with a hint of pineapple to complement the natural flavor of vegetables. Greens is designed to be added to water—no need to add anything else to improve the taste.
  
  What are nootropics?
  Nootropics are brain-boosting supplements that help you feel sharp, alert and focused. They can range from plant extracts to chemicals produced by the body to help promote improved overall brain function. We have Panax ginseng root extract and citicoline in our Greens. Panax ginseng supports cognitive function and helps curb minor mental fatigue. Citicoline helps support improved attention and motor speed.^†

  Superfoods are ingredients that are known to have overall health and wellness benefits. Our superfood blend contains spirulina, chlorella, acerola cherry, acai berry and green tea extract, which help provide antioxidant support.^†
  
  Why is there fruit in here?
  We specifically chose low-glycemic fruits to harness their nutrient-powered benefits, without the negative effects of ingesting too much sugar.
  
  Is it organic?
  We follow the Environmental Working Group’s (EWG) assessment of which fruits and vegetables are most likely to contain pesticides to decide what needs to be organic. We made this science-based decision because we want Greens to contain high-quality, clean ingredients. Based off the EWG’s 2021 list, the top 20 ingredients, including the dirty dozen, are all organic in this product.
  
  How do you get the full serving of vegetables?
  ^◊The vegetable servings are equivalent to the average vitamin A (beta-carotene) mcg content of one serving of this vegetable blend calculated by the USDA database.
  
  I thought greens powders were bad because of the oxalates?
  Greens powders aren’t bad, most just haven’t taken the steps to reduce the effects of oxalates. This anti-nutrient interferes with the absorption of important minerals and may create challenges in the body. Based on research, we’ve included calcium in this product to help bind with oxalates in the gut so they are less likely to decrease absorption of minerals or get into your body. This helps you get the most nutrients out of this product while decreasing any effects from anti-nutrients.^†
