My PERFECT AMINO supplement always arrives on time and have been packaged well. It would be more convenient if the tablet strength could be increased so you don’t have to take 5 in one dose.The Amino capsules are a great supplement to take and convenient for travelling due to their size, unlike bulky powdered shakes. I've started on the tablets to improve protein uptake in my muscles to gain strength. I ride 400+ km a week and swim a couple of kms. I also walk most days. In the past week my strength is improving. My recovery is getting better. I think i need a few more weeks, but so far i am feeling good about using the amino supplements. I hope i have the opportunity to review PerfectAmino again in a month or so. So far im happy.
Tablets are a little large but great product.
