    Before tucking in for the night, decide on your starting dose and, if needed, cut the troche accordingly.

    Why does it contain polyethylene glycol (PEG)?
    Polyethylene glycol (PEG) is a long-established FDA-approved drug delivery method used around the world, especially by compounding pharmacists. Do not confuse polyethylene glycol with propylene glycol. The latter is antifreeze and will kill you if you drink it… so please don’t do that! Our formulations use polyethylene glycol that is both non-absorbable and very low dose, meaning that it does not get absorbed into your body and it will not cause GI distress or any of those other symptoms/issues that you may have heard about.

    How many troches am I getting?
    There are 4 whole troches in each package and each troche can be cut into four quarters. Therefore, one pack can yield up to 16 doses, depending on your personalized needs. The troches are scored for easy titration.

    Start with 1/4 to 1/2 troche and increase the dosage from there until you reach your optimal dose.

    DO NOT exceed more than 2 whole troches in a 24-hour period.

    Are there any contraindications for Tro Mune?
    Do not take Tro Mune if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

    Please speak to your healthcare provider before taking Tro Mune if you are taking any prescribed medications or if you have hepatic or renal impairment.

    Clinical evidence on the interactions of cordycepin with drugs and supplements is limited and is based on a theoretical understanding of its pharmacological actions rather than direct evidence. Caution is especially advised for the following:

    • Immunomodulatory drugs
    • Anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs
    • Diabetic drugs
    • Hypertensive drugs
    • Chemotherapeutic drugs

1/4 troche is enough

Love this when I’m feeling a little run down or want to give my body some extra support. I’ve found that immediately before bed is enough, and 1:4 troche (no more) is best for me

Great products, works well

I like this product, it does what it says, I take 1-2 square pieces on nights I feel I need more rest, it taste pleasant and I feel well rested, no drowsiness or anything. Good to keep it around.
