Pendulum Akkermansia

It's tipped the balance in my favour

I thought to try this pro-biotic when I read about it's connection to aiding belly-fat weightloss. After a week of taking it, I have noticed that I am no longer hungry all the time - I finally have that feeling of satiety. In fact, the feeling of hunger seems to be presenting very differently to me now - and I have managed to lose incrementally more weight in the last fortnight than I have since I started my keto journey some months ago. I'm thrilled to see where this takes me.

Background - I'm 40F and have a large build up of 'belly fat'. I started keto at the end of 2023 after several failed years of dieting, but despite enjoying many of the positive mental effects (no brain fog, increased energy, a more stable mood state) I wasn't shifting weight (despite rigorous tracking of macros) and was struggling to find a comfortable balance of managing hunger and caloric intake to work towards weight loss. This probiotic seems to have tipped the balance in my favour.
