I use KetoneAid for 24 hour fasting, I can feel the difference quite clearly with or without the ketone ester. It really turns on ketosis as it should.
There’s not too much to say about this one other than it’s hands down the easiest and most convenient way to get your MCT boost throughout the day.
I started my keto journey with coconut oil, then I moved to MCT oil, before moving to straight C8 MCT oil, which is the best type as your body converts it to ketones the quickest.
Will definitely be stocking up on this one.
