CoQ10 + PQQ + C8 MCT Softgels · 30 Count · Caffeine-Free
Bulletproof® CoQ10 Energy®
A softgel supplement combining Coenzyme Q10 with PQQ (Pyrroloquinoline Quinone), delivered in a base of Brain Octane C8 MCT oil. Caffeine-free.
30 softgels · 30 servings · Contains beef gelatin softgel shell.
Key Points
- Compound supplement — combines three ingredients (CoQ10, PQQ, and C8 MCT oil) in a single softgel
- CoQ10 (Coenzyme Q10) — a naturally occurring quinone compound found in cells
- PQQ (Pyrroloquinoline Quinone) — a compound found naturally in trace amounts in some foods
- C8 MCT oil base — both CoQ10 and PQQ are fat-soluble, so the MCT oil serves as the delivery vehicle
- Caffeine-free — unlike coffee-based Bulletproof products, this contains no caffeine
- 30 softgels per bottle, one softgel per serving
What It Is
This is a compound softgel supplement from Bulletproof. It differs from the rest of the Bulletproof MCT range in that it combines the C8 MCT oil (which the rest of the range uses on its own) with two additional functional ingredients: CoQ10 and PQQ.
CoQ10 and PQQ are both fat-soluble compounds, which means they are typically better absorbed when taken with a fat. The C8 MCT oil in the softgel serves as that fat carrier, and also contributes to the total fat content of the softgel.
If you want just the MCT oil without added CoQ10 or PQQ, see the plain Brain Octane C8 MCT Softgels.
Ingredients
Refer to the product label for the full ingredients panel and per-softgel quantities. Each softgel contains:
- Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)
- PQQ (Pyrroloquinoline Quinone)
- Brain Octane C8 MCT oil (from coconut) as the base
- Softgel shell: gelatin, glycerin, purified water (contains beef gelatin)
Caffeine-free. Non-GMO ingredients. Refer to the label for allergen information and full ingredient panel including any excipients.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Good to Know
How does this fit into the Bulletproof range?
This is a compound supplement rather than a straight MCT oil product. The C8 MCT oil is present as a delivery vehicle for the CoQ10 and PQQ rather than as the primary active ingredient. For plain C8 MCT oil, see Brain Octane Oil (liquid) or Brain Octane C8 MCT Softgels.
Is this vegetarian or vegan?
The softgel shell contains beef gelatin, so this product is not vegetarian or vegan.
Can I take this with coffee or Bulletproof Coffee?
Yes — taking it with breakfast or with your morning coffee is one common approach. Taking with a meal is preferable to taking on an empty stomach since CoQ10 and PQQ are fat-soluble.
Important Information
Always read the label. Follow the directions for use. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication (particularly blood-thinning medication), or have an existing medical condition, consult a healthcare practitioner before use.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
