  Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is your brain’s best friend when you want to get stuff done. To bring you the most benefits, we extract the Lion’s Mane wood-grown fruiting bodies and then spray-dry the concentrate. The result is a mixable, organic powder with no fillers, or carriers.

  Called “golden root” by its friends, Rhodiola is a super adaptogen. We call on it when we need a little extra help in the productivity and creativity departments. Our wildcrafted Rhodiola is harvested from the mountains of Tibet and then extracted.

Traditionally, however, all medicinal mushrooms have been used during pregnancy to support the mother’s health and energy levels. Some adaptogenic herbs should be totally fine for a pregnant woman, but some are known to enhance blood flow to the uterus.   ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ILLEGAL? WOULD USING THEM BE CONSIDERED DOPING?

  None of our products are on the World Anti-Doping Agency’s (WADA’s) prohibited list, and they are legal all around the world. Most medicinal mushrooms and adaptogenic herbs have been used for over 5,000 years, so it is very unlikely that they will ever make the list or become illegal.
  
  

  ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR VEGANS? WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES?

  Yes. All our products are vegan, wheat-free, gluten-free, cholesterol-free, sugar-free, soy-free, peanut-free, and nut-free. They also are free from pesticides, additives, and other zombie ingredients that the GMO people promote.

  WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS GROW?

  Just like all good superfood manufacturers, we can’t get all our ingredients from one single farm or area if we want to create ideal solutions. We need to source products from all over the world, from the places where they originally grew and/or where there’s an exhaustive history and knowledge of using these foods and herbs. For example, our Chaga is wildcrafted in rural Siberia. We’re constantly looking for new quality suppliers and visiting existing farmers/producers.

  HOW MUCH OF YOUR PRODUCTS CAN I USE EACH DAY?

  All of our products are quite strong, but still tonic. This means that there’s no real health danger in overdosing. Just remember that a high enough dose of anything, including water and apples, can be toxic for your body. There’s still no need to take breaks or adopt cyclical consumption patterns. Rather, it’s wise to use the products consistently, to beat minor illnesses before they arise. Treating the cause is always healthier than curing the symptoms (such as by drinking the products only after you’ve become ill).

  Personally, we recommend starting the use of new (even tonic) products with slightly smaller-than-normal dosages (e.g., one sachet of mushrooms) to get a feel for their potency and to give the body a chance to adapt to the new intelligence coming into it. After a few weeks of taking gradually increasing dosages, feel free to go ahead and drink as much as you like each day. Just listen to your body and your cravings, and all should be fine.
