The flavours are non-offensive and it beats drinking plain water. Feels like it helps with energy levels throughout the day! Definitely better than other hydration products on the market.

I was suffering from sebhorric dermatitis and through multiple research, i found out this mct oil might help. I applied bit on scalp and poof no scalpy flakes after a week. I was consuming it as well to help my gut and boom it worked. Afters years of dandruff now i can live happily with not much of flakes on scalp and skin feels great.
Moreover i usede it on my espresso and yeh it works.

Pretty good stuff, first month I was taking 5x2times a day n now on second month 10x2times a day. Feeling energetic n great after half an hour of taking these which last awhile. I can see I'm getting bit bigger n leaner too .

The PerfectAmino coated tablets are certainly much easier to swallow than the uncoated version and seem to be just as good is all other respects. A quality product.

Has allowed me to extend my fasting periods as far as 20/4.
