Keto Tortilla Chips Recipe
May 30, 2019Super delicious Keto tortilla dish that is so easy to be put together. In just under 20 minutes you will end up having a snack that is great for family or friends gatherings.
The best part of it is that everything happens in a bowl and it represents a delicious treat for show-offing in front of the guests.
Preparation: 20 minutes | Serving: 1 big tortilla or 2 small, cut into rectangles.
Ingredients:
150 g. shredded mozzarella
¾ cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1 egg, room temperature
salt and pepper to taste
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of melted Grass Fed Ghee
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 F or 200 C degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients together until well incorporated, until small soft dough forms.
- Prepare with parchment paper 12-inch cake pan and pour in the tortilla dough.
- Spread the dough evenly in the pan and bake for about 10-12 minutes
- Transfer to a cutting board and cut rectangles out of it.
