Keto Savoury Pancakes Recipe

Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
Serving: 10 pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond or coconut flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ cup almond or coconut milk.
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons grass fed ghee for frying
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, chopped spring onions, feta cheese, salt and pepper to taste, baking powder and coconut or almond flour.
- Mix all the ingredients well and heat the ghee on a frying pan on medium heat.
- Fry the pancakes and flip them after two minutes to fry them on the other side.
- Serve on a plate with tomatoes, and sour cream or cream cheese.
