Keto Omelette with Bacon and Broccoli

Ingredients:
30 gr. melted grass fed ghee
3 large eggs
3 tablespoons grated cheese
pinch of salt
100 gr. bacon, thinly sliced
pinch chili flakes
50 g fresh or frozen broccoli
Instructions:
1. In a frying pan heat up the grass fed ghee over medium heat.
2. In a bowl whisk together eggs, bacon, and grated cheese. Season with salt and whisk again.
3. Cook the omelette on both sides until golden brown and serve in a plate.
4. Decorate the whole plate with cooked broccoli and chili flakes.
